It turned out that the cheapest products for the holiday table are in the central regions and in Samara, the most expensive — are in the Far East.
To calculate the cost of the festive dinner the traditional "New Year's set" included potatoes, pork, chicken, mandarins, champagne and vodka, as well as products for salads "Olivier" and "Herring in "Shuba-Coat". The budget-friendly New Year's dinner will cost residents of Bashkortostan about 1.7 thousand rubles.
In order to please the households with national cuisine, residents of the region will need a little more than three thousand rubles. A goose stuffed with apples and prunes weighing 3-4 kilograms will cost 1,5 thousand rubles. A kilogram of dried horse meat sausages, depending on the brand, will cost 450-1300 rubles. The local dessert Chak-Chak will be about 200 rubles. The national drink kumiss (mare's milk) will amount to 120 rubles per bottle, but residents of Bashkortostan will be able to save money on champagne, in contrast to other regions, the newspaper writes.
