Subsistence minimum for able-bodied population was 9197 rubles in Bashkortostan

The resolution of the Government of Bashkortostan established the minimum subsistence level per capita in the past month of the 3rd quarter 2015 as 8643 rubles. For the working-age population it amounted to 9197 rubles, pensioners — 7037 rubles and for children — 8653 rubles.
According to the press service of the government of the republic, in comparison with the subsistence level established in the 2nd quarter of this year, the minimum subsistence level of the 3rd quarter decreased by 333 rubles (3.7%), by 352 rubles (3.7%) for the working-age population, by 284 rubles (3.9%) for pensioners, by 323 rubles (3.6%) for children.
The reduction was affected by the seasonal decline in vegetable and potato production in August and September. The cost of food in the consumer basket decreased by 0.7 percentage points, while non-food goods and paid services increased respectively by 0.3 and 0.4 percentage points.
