UFA, 2 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. PJSOC Bashneft has started implementation of an innovative loyalty program for customers of filling stations. This is a new project in the development of the retail channel of petroleum products sale and Bashneft brand promotion. The loyalty program is based on adding bonuses for purchases at the gas stations. It is reported by the press service of the company.
The loyalty program developed in partnership with SAP company, includes a number of innovative solutions, first applied in the field of retail fuel sales. In particular, it includes a possibility of smart management of purchases information, use of contactless card-readers, online registration, the use of mobile applications and interactive personal accounts.
Currently, the loyalty program is available at Bashneft filling stations in Bashkortostan and Udmurtia. In December, the program will start to operate at its own filling stations in the Orenburg, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Vladimir regions, as well as in Tatarstan, Mordovia and Chuvashia. The launch of the program in other regions is expected in early 2016.
PJSOC Bashneft is a vertically integrated oil company operating in more than 20 regions of Russia and abroad. By results of 2014 the company ranked sixth in terms of oil production (17.8 million tons) and fourth in terms of primary oil refining (21.7 million tons) among Russian oil companies. The share of Bashneft accounts to 3,4% of total production and 7.6% of the total volume of oil refining in Russia. Proved oil reserves as of 31 December 2014 amounted to 2.145 billion barrels according to PRMS classification, the proved oil reserves replacement ratio in 2014 was 179%, crude reserves — 16.9 years.
