"For heroism, courage and bravery shown during the performance of his military duty, the Lieutenant Colonel Oleg Peshkov was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumously). For their courage, bravery and selflessness shown during the performance of military duty, Captain Konstantin Murahtin and sailor Alexander Pozynich (posthumously) were awarded the Order of Courage ", it is stated in the decree.
