The next stage will be the union of the educational systems of regional universities into a single information-educational environment. Then, since 2016 the development of e-learning courses and formation of the Centre for Education Quality Monitoring will be started.

During the discussion, the rector of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University Rail Asadullin proposed to establish a university-based centre, which would generalize experience of leading schools in the field of e-learning and subsequently introduce it in educational institutions of the republic.
