Revenues grew by 6.4% for six months 2015


UFA, 9 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. In the first seven months of 2015 the average income per capita was 24,465 rubles and increased in comparison with the corresponding period of 2014 by 6.4%, which is below the nationwide average by three percentage points. This was reported by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Bashkortostan Lenara Ivanova at a meeting of the republican tripartite commission on regulation of social and labour relations, which took place in the Government RB on October 9.

The average monthly salary per employee in January-July reached 25,087 rubles, an increase compared to the same period of the last year by 3.7%, which is below the nationwide average by two percentage points. Since the beginning of the year the pace of wage growth reduced as a whole across the country, as well as in the real economy, Lenara Ivanova said.

The level of average monthly salary in the republic for seven months amounted to 75.5% of salary on average in Russia.

The Presidential Decree of May 7, 2012 "On Measures for State Social Policy Realization" put a task to increase the size of salaries in 1.4-1.5 times by 2018. If in the past three years real wages in Bashkortostan increased by about 1.13 times than in Russia – by 1,15 times.

As noted by Lenara Ivanova, the lowest average salary of workers was in agriculture and forestry — 13.6 thousand rubles, the highest — in enterprises of mining industry — 44.8 thousand rubles.

The Minister also spoke about the Action Plan to improve the level of salaries of republican employees for 2014-2017. According to monitoring the results for the first six months the salary increase of 7.2% was achieved only in 45.5% of organizations. With regard to the growth rate of average wages of public sector employees, by the end of six months wages grew by 5.5%, which is higher than the average republican figure by 2.1 percentage points. For example, the salary in health and social services sphere was 23,076 rubles in January-June 2015 (increased by 6.5%), in education sphere for the same period — 20 184 rubles (increased by 7.7%).
