The Bashkir singer, student at St. Petersburg State Conservatory named after Rimsky-Korsakov Diana Nurmuhametova returned from her creative trip over the cities of China. Diana, along with her teacher Tamara Novichenko and the concertmaster Dmitry Pavlov performed in the Philharmonic Societies of Changchun and Baicheng and gave master classes for students of local conservatories.
"I had 50 people at my master class. This was my first such experience. Everybody had good impressions from concerts and master classes. I was invited there for the next year", said Diana.
At concerts the audience was presented the classical repertoire — Queen of the Night aria from "The Magic Flute", Amina from "La Sonnambula", Olympia songs from "Tales of Hoffmann", the famous "Nightingale" by Alyabiev and other compositions. The singer also presented the Chinese public the Bashkir folk song "Tashtugay".
