"Electronic Education of Bashkortostan Republic" Association was among the National Platform operators


UFA, 21 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. The "Electronic Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan" Association was among the operators of the National Platform. The agreement was signed within the framework of the International Conference on new educational technologies Ed Crunch 2015 in Moscow.

The association of educational institutions "Electronic Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan" signed a cooperation agreement with the Omsk Regional Electronic University and Volga State Technical University "Volgotech".

According to the press-centre of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University, it is expected to expand forms of cooperation between educational institutions in the development of open education, e-learning, including those that enhance the effectiveness of open online courses implementation of university members.

The culmination of the event in Moscow was a presentation of the National Platform of online-education developed by the Association of the eight leading universities of the country.

The purpose of the platform is to make online courses a full analogue of educational programs of universities to gain knowledge of the same quality level as at the classical form of education.

The experiment is planned to evaluate the effectiveness of methods of blended learning in a real learning process, to identify strengths and weaknesses, to test the system of teachers’ further training. The platform allows the coexistence and even competition of open courses by different universities. The developments of the National Platform may be used in secondary vocational education. The General Meeting of the founders of the "Electronic Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan" Association decided to develop an open course for university teachers and technical experts "E-learning and distance learning technologies in educational institutions" using the resources of all universities.
