Bashkortostan official delegation went to China

In the framework of cooperation with the SCO countries an official visit of the Bashkortostan delegation to China will take place from September 15 to 26, the Department of Press and Mass Communications of the NGO "Ufa-2015 Office group SCO BRICS" informs.
The delegation includes members of the Government of the republic headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Dmitry Sharonov, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, Development Corporation, "Ufa-2015 Office group SCO BRICS", enterprises of Bashkortostan.
During the visit presentations of investment and industrial potential of Bashkortostan and the First Forum "Small Business of the Regions the SCO and BRICS Member- States» (R2R) in the provinces of Hubei, Sichuan, Liaoning, as well as in the capital of the People's Republic of China in Beijing are scheduled. The working program includes meetings with the leadership of the people's governments of provinces, and representatives of business circles.
The official visit of the Bashkortostan delegation will be closed with participation in the Eurasian Economic Forum and exhibition of products of the SCO countries in Xian. As part of the Russian exposition a stand of Republic of Bashkortostan will be displayed, where its investment, economic and industrial potential will be presented.
"The development of inter-regional political and business ties between Bashkortostan and the SCO countries is one of the important activities of the Government of our republic. The SCO and BRICS Summits in Ufa in July this year made Bashkortostan recognizable, now this should be converted into actual investment projects. China is one of the most promising areas in terms of regional cooperation. During the current visit to China we plan to hold talks with dozens of leading governments of provinces and with representatives of big business. I am sure, further work on creating a convenient platform for interaction in the format of R2R can establish a long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with many regions of the SCO countries", said the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Dmitry Sharonov.
