"From the point of view of civilization development the SCO and BRICS countries are facing the need to resolve quite similar tasks, the most important being the civil society development and strengthening of democratic forms of government and institutions while retaining their traditional values and national cultures. In this context, exchange of experiences and cooperation based on mutual respect, acquire a special value and significance,” said Alexander Chumakov. “In 2018 in Beijing the 24th World Congress of Philosophy will be held, and we are already planning a trip there of a large delegation of Russian philosophers, among which, undoubtedly philosophers of Bashkortostan will be adequately represented".
According to Alexander Chumakov, in the context of globalization, all countries are closely interdependent in almost all respects of social life, from economics and politics — to the environment, culture and information sector. Russia in this respect determines the socio-political climate of the global community.
