SCO leaders signed Ufa Declaration

A final document is adopted at a session of the Council of Heads of SCO member states — Ufa Declaration. The Declaration sums up the results of interstate cooperation during Russia's presidency in the organization with forecasts and objectives.
The document sets forth consolidated approaches of member countries of the Association to the further development of the SCO, the key international and regional issues. It reflects the priorities of actual activities of the Organization.
The SCO leaders approved a decision to start the admission procedures of India and Pakistan to the members of the organization and signed a decision to grant Belarus an observer status in the SCO.
The SCO countries also decided to grant a status of a dialogue partner for Azerbaijan, Armenia, Cambodia and Nepal.
