Kitap Bashkir publishing house showed the best examples of its production at Moscow festival

The Bashkir publishing house "Kitap" named after Zainab Biisheva took part in the Moscow Festival "Books of Russia", which took place from June 25 to 28 at the Red Square in Moscow. More than 300 domestic publishing houses, including 100 regional, presented their best products — artistic, popular science, educational and children's literature, from rare antiques to contemporary electronic book formats at the festival. The main objective of the event is to promote and popularize the culture of reading among the Russians, solve various problems of booking sphere, stimulate public interest in reading books. On June 25, the biggest cultural event of the Year of Literature — Moscow Festival "Books of Russia" was visited by the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Kitap publishing house demonstrated the best examples of its book production at the festival. The new book "World Tales" is intended for young readers .The issue of this book is timed to the upcoming BRICS and SCO Summits in Ufa. It includes the Bashkir, Russian, Kazakh, Indian, African, Brazilian and other folk tales of countries — participants of Summits.
The Kitap publishing house was awarded a diploma for the release of the book by Mustai Karim "The Joy of our House" in the category "Best Book for Children and Youth," the publisher informs.
