UFA, 5 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. Flights from Ufa to Cheboksary and Ulyanovsk, subsidized in the framework of the federal project of inter-regional transportation, are scheduled to be resumed on June 12. This was reported on the official website of the State Committee for Transport and Road Facilities of Bashkortostan.
Flights of "Avia Management Group" airline from Ufa to Cheboksary and Ulyanovsk were cancelled for the preventive maintenance of aircrafts since 1 June.
A pilot project of the regional air transportation in the Volga Federal District under the subsidy program was launched on April 1, 2013. Under the terms of the program, the passengers pay only 50% of the full cost of the ticket. Half the ticket price is compensated by the federal (60%) and regional (40%) budgets.
