In Bashkortostan over 67 thousand veterans of the Great Patriotic War have received payments by the anniversary of Victory

More than 67 thousand veterans of the Great Patriotic War in Bashkortostan received lump sum payments to the 70th anniversary of the Victory. The delivery of funds is completed.
As explained in the pension offices of the region, payments in the amount of seven thousand rubles were made to invalids and veterans of the Great Patriotic War, former minor prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of detention, widows of soldiers killed during the war with Finland, the Great Patriotic War, War with Japan, as well as widows of deceased invalids and war veterans. 21,392 of such veterans live in the republic.
Three thousand rubles were accrued to citizens who worked in the home front in the period from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945 at least six months, excluding the period of work in the temporarily occupied territories of the USSR. This sum was received by residents of the republic awarded USSR orders and medals for selfless work during the Great Patriotic War, as well as former adult prisoners of concentration camps, prisons and ghettos. Payments were made to 45,635 residents of the republic.
