UFA, 17 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/.
Bashkortostan entered the top five regions of the country for the development of the Business Ombudsman institution. By the end of 2014, the Business Ombudsman under the President of Russia Boris Titov handed over letters of appreciation to Ombudsmen from Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and Dagestan, Yaroslavl and Rostov regions. This was reported by the Business Ombudsman of the region Rafael Gibadullin.
According to the Business Ombudsman RB Rafael Gibadullin, among republican entrepreneurs about 20 percent are employed in small and medium businesses.
“We have a task to increase a share of medium and small businesses in the total volume of production to 40 percent. But now, according to various sources, it is about 10 percent. Our republic is industrially developed — petrochemicals, fuel and energy complex, but it is necessary to increase and small businesses production”, Rafael Gibadullin said.
According to him, now it is necessary to create a strategy for the development of entrepreneurship in our country.
Rafael Gibadullin noted that currently in Bashkortostan there was an introduction of standards to improve business activity of municipalities, where main criteria for their development will be displayed. In addition, 24 indicators will be introduced for the evaluation of their work. As a result, according to the Ombudsman, this should lead to an increase in number of small and medium-sized businesses, their share in total output, as well as an increase in number of jobs.
