Conference halls of the new Holiday Inn Ufa Hotel will be named in honour of the great natives of Bashkiria


UFA, 13 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. Five conference halls in the new Holiday Inn Ufa Hotel will be named in honour of the famous natives of Bashkortostan — singer Feodor Chaliapin, the founder of the Bashkir dance ensemble Faizi Gaskarov, writers Sergei Aksakov and Mazhit Gafuri, artist Mikhail Nesterov. This was reported by the management company "Arcada".

The hotel initiative for assigning names of prominent figures of culture and art of the republic to the meeting rooms for business events and their corresponding decoration was supported by the Foundation  for Urban Projects Development.

The six-storey Holiday Inn Ufa Hotel offers 193 rooms of standard, lux and president categories. Visitors of the hotel will be able to enjoy a magnificent view of the city centre.

Holiday Inn Ufa was the first in Russia to implement a modern concept of open hotel lobby: a traditional lobby with a lounge area and a reception desk is combined with a bar, non-stop cafes, restaurants, offices with high-speed Internet, as well as a play space. A conference area is located on the ground floor of the hotel consisting of five venues. Transformable halls can host a variety of events, including presentations and meetings.

It is worth noting that Holiday Inn Ufa is almost ready for commissioning. Currently within the building finishing works and accomplishment of utilities are being conducted. According to the representative of the developer — General Director of Multifunctional Complex "Gostiny Dvor" Artem Mishin, the hotel will be fully operational to the SCO and the BRICS Summits.
