Bashkiria chefs will prepare national dinner on the first day of "Chef a La Russe-2015" championship

On the first day of the All-Russian competition of culinary championship "Chef a La Russe-2015", April 8, two teams of chefs from Bashkortostan will have a competition in the category "National Dinner". They will prepare an appetizer, main dish and a dessert. According to the State Committee for Trade and Entrepreneurship RB, they will use local foods produced in the republic.
Chefs from 34 regions of the country will be rivals of the republican team. The jury of the championship "Chef a la Russe-2015" includes well-known foreign and Russian international judges accredited by WACS. The Executive Director of the Association of Cooks, Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Bashkortostan Natalia Chibrikina marked the importance of participating in such tournaments.
“These competitions are necessary to show potential of our chefs at a national level. Simultaneously there is a professional exchange with colleagues from other regions. In the future, we plan to distribute all useful skills obtained by them in our republic. If chefs from Bashkortostan will take awarding places in the nomination "National Dinner", they will be qualified for the final — the most difficult part in the nomination "Black Box", Natalia Chibrikina said.
Recall that with the support of the State Committee for Trade of Bashkortostan six best chefs of the region departed for Moscow to participate in the Russian culinary championship "Chef a La Russe-2015". The championship is held from April 7 to 9.
