Bashkiria will study the experience of Hungary in the field of lean manufacturing

Hungary has interesting approaches to energy efficiency and organization of "lean production", thus the Bashkortostan delegation plans to visit a number of energy efficient enterprises in Hungary in April. This was reported at a meeting with the Consul General of Hungary in Ekaterinburg Sandor Molnar, by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Eugene Mavrin.
According to Eugene Mavrin our republic is also interested in investment projects in the agricultural sector, as well as the Hungarian technology of social objects construction.
The Consul General of Hungary in Ekaterinburg noted that comprehensive proposals of the Bashkir party were constructive and would be developed for the preparation of a fruitful visit to Hungary of the Bashkortostan delegation.
Hungary is one of the biggest trade partners of the republic. According to the results in 2014 it ranked fourth (in 2013 — the first) among the partners of Bashkortostan on mutual trade turnover with 1.2 billion US dollars, including import — 2.1 million dollars. The products of Bashkir oil and energy sector forms a basis of the trade turnover (99.7 percent of exports). Bashkortostan exports to Hungary organic chemicals and inorganic chemicals, ferrous metals and products from them. The structure of imports from Hungary includes glass products (38.7 percent), petroleum products (24.5), equipment (21.3), chemical products (14.9).
