According to the State Committee of the Republic for Trade and Consumer Protection, the event was held in preparation for the upcoming SCO and BRICS Summits in Ufa. In addition to the chefs who are already working in Ufa catering, master class was also attended by students of relevant institutions of the republic.

The Pan-Asian cuisine combines several branches — Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, Korean, Singaporean and Lao, so it is traditional for a number of countries participating in the Summits.
