UFA, 24 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. The average monthly salary should amount to 30 105 rubles in Ufa in 2015, against 28,947 rubles in 2014. These figures are contained in the base case forecast of socio-economic development of the capital for the next year. Key indicators of the forecast for 2015 and for the period up to 2017 were approved by the City Council at the next meeting.
Ufa administration specialists have developed a document in three scenarios based on the reporting of statistical data for 2013, evaluation of socio-economic development in 2014 and projected trends in the 2015- 2017.
The first is 'no change' scenario, suggesting recession in the global economy. The second is base case, assuming continuation of existing economic situation. The third one is moderately optimistic, suggesting a decrease of negative trends and certain economic growth.
According to the base case, the population will reach 1,119,000 people (2014 — 1,110,000). Investment will amount to more than 105 billion rubles (in 2014 — 104 billion). Average monthly income per capita is predicted in the amount of 23,880 rubles (in 2014 — 22 573 rubles). Registered unemployment rate should remain at the 2014 level — 1.15 percent of the economically active population.
Also a slight increase in these indicators is predicted in 2016 and 2017. According to the moderately optimistic scenario forecast growth of the average salary in Ufa to 32,205 rubles for 2017 is provided, an increase in population to 1,138,000 people, decrease in unemployment rate to 1.03 percent. Investment should grow significantly — up to 123 billion rubles.
