Investments reached 170 billion rubles in Bashkiria in January-September

For the first nine months of this year the volume of investments in the republic has increased by six percent and reached almost 170 billion rubles. This was reported by the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov at a meeting with chairmen of the councils of municipal districts, urban districts and urban settlements in the region on December 9.
At the same time the amount of investment fell by 2.5 percent nationwide.
“We have plus six percent. The annual figure will be smaller, we think that it will be within 3-3.5 percent, but it is affected by primarily devaluation and inflation in the country. In terms of investment in the first nine months, we are the first in the Urals industrial region, ahead of such large regions as Sverdlovsk region, Tyumen region. In the Volga Federal District we are in the second place after Tatarstan, that is, in terms of attracting investment, we look quite good”, the President of Bashkortostan marked.
