Ian Kryzhevsky returned to Ufa with new creative plans

The famous artist Jan Kryzhevsky returned to Ufa. He brought with him his works and he is full of creative plans.
The artist departed to the USA in 1991. In recent years he was in distress, without documents and livelihoods. The daughter of the famous artist, native of Ufa Jan Kryzhevsky, wrote to the head of the republic Rustem Khamitov asking for help in returning his father to the homeland. The Bashkortostan President addressed to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov with a request for urgent execution of documents. They have been issued just for several days and the artist was able to set foot on his motherland once again.
Jan Kryzhevskay is named the founder of transrealism. He was born in Ufa in 1948, in 1969 he graduated from the Ufa Art College, in 1970 he studied at the Academy of Arts in Riga. Jan Kryzhevsky began his creative activity in 1973. Since 1975, he was in the Union of Artists of the USSR, worked in Ufa, Vologda, Yaroslavl, St. Petersburg. His works were exhibited in Bulgaria, Finland, Germany, France, Italy, put up for auction "Christie" (1990) and "Sotheby's" (1992).
Earlier the head of the republic said that it was planned to create good working conditions for the artist in Ufa. In addition, part of the artist's paintings, which are now scattered throughout the museums of the Russian Federation and foreign museums, will be returned back to their homeland. It is planned to organize a personal exhibition of Jan Kryzhevsky.
