UFA, 2 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. In Bashkortostan 40 emergency rescue vehicles will be equipped with navigation and communication equipment, the press service of the State Committee for Transport and Road Facilities RB informs.
Data obtained from the terminals, will help to choose an optimal route of rescuers to a place of emergency and correct it if necessary. The operational headquarters will be able to monitor arrival of rescue vehicles in the area of natural and man-made disasters in the territory of Bashkortostan and make decisions on strengthening the grouping and placement of manpower and resources.
The introduction of GLONASS technology will optimize work of all rescue centre departments, combine them into a single monitoring system.
