The main purpose of the screening was to familiarize the participants of the festival and the audience with the Bashkir movies that are almost unknown abroad. The arrival of the Bashkir filmmakers and film screening was organized by the vice-president of the Confederation of the Union of Cinematographers of the CIS and Baltic Khodjakuli Narliev, which works closely with the festivals in Turkey. The plans for further cooperation between the Confederation and the "Bashkortostan" studio include talks on screening of Bashkir films on Turkish TV and cinemas in Turkey”, the press officer of the studio Zuhra Burakaeva said.
