Rustem Khamitov said that the topic of the event had much in common with his recent Address to the Parliament of Bashkortostan.
Rustem Khamitov drew attention to the problem issues of the existing personnel policies affecting the efficiency of enterprises and organizations.
“The situation in our republic is the same as in the country — not ideal. Many businesses have chronic problems accumulated through decades. Among the important aspects that in the coming years may affect the human resource management, Rustem Khamitov named a decline in number of population of the working age, growth of migration processes, mismatch of labour market and vocational training.
Bashkortostan President urged the Forum participants to strive for open personnel policy, relevancy and effectiveness of the personnel decisions.
“I believe that the public authorities can learn from the most effective, successful businesses. And not only in terms of "fair rules of the game" when searching for talented professionals and their further growth, but in terms of general use of new tools of personnel management, skilled personnel rotation, its competent motivation to achieve the best results”, the head of the republic said.
