UFA, 7 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Bashkortostan is allocated a grant as "encouragement for best performance indexes of the executive power" in the amount of 165.325 million rubles. The corresponding decree of the Government RF is published on its official website on Friday.
The grants are awarded on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation of the executive authorities effectiveness of subjects of the Russian Federation, conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The results of 2013 and the trends of a three-year period were taken into account in the analysis. Each region was assessed by 12 indexes that characterized the development of the economy, social sphere and reflected the views of the population.
As a result, all subjects were divided into categories — from 1 to 83. Grants were allocated to the subjects of the Russian Federation, which on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation were assigned categories from 1 to 20.
The top ten included the Republic of Tatarstan, Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra, Voronezh region, Chechen Republic, Astrakhan Region, Sakhalin Region, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, Kursk and Tambov Regions. Bashkortostan is included in the second ten of winners.
Total 3 billion 484.2 million rubles are allocated from the federal budget to encourage 20 regions with the most effective executive authorities.
