UFA, 6 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/.
Hotels put into operation to the Summits of 2015 in Ufa, after the completion of international events will not be vacant. Moreover, they will become a stimulus for the development of related industries. This opinion was expressed at the roundtable "Development of services and hotel complexes in the anticipation of the SCO and BRICS Summits" by the deputy of the State Assembly RB Mikhail Bugera.
“For the region appearance of such facilities is not a risk, but a powerful actuator that can give impetus to the development of related sectors of the economy, especially the service sector and tourism.”
Ruslan Mirsayapov, the Minister of the republic in charge of preparations for the Summits-2015, also believes that the work of the hotels will be profitable after the Summits.
“We will use the Summits as an opportunity to raise awareness of our region and the city among the foreign media and the business community. There are a number of activities that are planned for the future, and they will ensure the hotels occupancy to support their profitability” Ruslan Mirsayapov said, adding that he did not exclude availability of "certain risks" at the same time.
Currently 87 hotels operate in Ufa. To the Summits of 2015 a number of other hotels of world chains will be opened, including Hilton, Sheraton and Holiday Inn.
