UFA, 17 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Iliya Spiridonov/. In Ufa, the winners of the regional round of the All-Russian Culinary Championship «Chef a la Russe» were determined, which took place in the framework of the Hospitality Forum, the press service of the Republican State Committee on Trade and Consumer Protection informs.
Top chefs and confectioners of Bashkortostan competed for three days. The competition program includes all aspects of the culinary arts, from cooking a vegetarian lunch to creating a wedding cake.
In the end, the winner was the team of Guild of Chefs Bashkortostan Republic (Maxim Kuleshov, Aidar Khannanov, Aidar Muftakhov). "Silver" went to chefs of Sterlitamak restaurant "Kadushka" (Anatoly Aleshin, Sergey Titov, Maria Gavrish), "bronze" – to their countrymen from the restaurant of "Grand Hotel East" (Anastasia Aidarova, Marina Salikhova, Roman Gerasimov).
The captain of the winning team Maxim Kuleshov said that now they would prepare to the All-Russian Championship.
Recall that Russian Culinary Championship «Chef a la Russe» will be held in Moscow in the spring of 2015.
