UFA, 24 September 2014. /Bashinform News Agency,Sergey Zakharov/. The Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications RF intends to simplify the citizens' access to e-government services.
Currently, e-government of Russia is developing very actively — the number of users of Common Government Services Portal and the number of its services increases, the reliability of the system is strengthened.
However, according to the department, there are a number of problems requiring urgent solutions. According to the deputy head of the Ministry of Communications Alexey Kozyrev, "many of the services are converted into electronic form poorly — users are often can’t obtain reliable information in electronic form on the procedure for services provision, can’t submit an application electronically, monitor its status, and get a result of the service provided". The official believes that "it is necessary to remedy the bugs and improve the quality of both federal and regional e-services".
As reported by the Agency for Information Technologies of Bashkortostan, currently 166054 residents of the republic are registered on a Common Government Services Portal RF. In addition, 2,005 people were registered at the Regional Government and Municipal Services Portal.
