Rustem Khamitov inspected objects constructed for the SCO and BRICS Summits
On August 9, Rustem Khamitov during his working trip to Ufa inspected construction and reconstruction of facilities in preparation for the meeting of the Council of Heads of States — members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the meeting of Heads of States and Governments of the BRICS in 2015.
The head of the republic visited the construction sites of the hotels of the world-famous hotel chains Hampton by Hilton Ufa and Holiday Inn 4*, of the hotel by the Russian investor LLC SF "Progress" on Gogol Street and the annex to the hotel "Bashkortostan".
Rustem Khamitov also estimated the reconstruction progress of "Neftyanik" recreation centre (after reconstruction will be renamed as the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan") and Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theatre.
“Works are going well at all facilities”, Rustem Khamitov said after his visit. “The main thing is to keep to the schedule. The dead line of all hotels commissioning is March 2015, but most of the hotels will be ready to receive guests already in January. I think we will surprise Ufa townspeople and visitors of the capital of Bashkortostan, when all these objects of urban infrastructure will start their operation.”
