Subsistence wage is increased by 6.7 percent in Bashkortostan

The minimum subsistence wage is set at 7243 rubles in Bashkortostan for a month of the second quarter 2014 by the Government of the republic. In the first quarter it was 6790 rubles.

The minimum subsistence level for the main socio-demographic groups is established: 7707 rubles – for the able-bodied population, 5904 — for pensioners, 7240 rubles — for children.

The subsistence wage established at the level of subjects of the Russian Federation is taken into account while development and implementation of social programs. The amount of social support for low-income citizens is calculated on its basis.
