Bashkir State Pedagogical University received a federal grant for Islamic education development
Bashkir State Pedagogical University (BSPU) named after M.Akmully received 130 million rubles for humanitarian research, scientific and methodological elaborations within the federal target project of Islamic education development. Total, 894 million rubles are allocated for the program covering 2014-2016 and approved by the RF Government.
Besides BSPU the federal project involves M.V. Lomonosov’s Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University and Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University.
In BSPU project is guided by Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Head of Department of Law and Social Science Maxim Mikhailov.
Recall that Bashkir State Pedagogical University is a basic humanitarian institution of the republic, part of the SCO Network University. It implements the UNESCO program for preparation of teachers for modern multifunctional rural schools.
