The Russian Ministry of Regional Development has developed and issued a memo for Ukrainian refugees. The document provides detailed information about the issuance of a temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit, temporary asylum, Russian citizenship and refugee status.
The memo specifies the rights and responsibilities of citizens living on the territory of Russia, the list of documents necessary to apply for citizenship, and explains the principle of state programs to assist the voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation of compatriots living abroad.
Today in Bashkortostan there are about 1,500 citizens of Ukraine registered by migration service.
