1 billion 298 million rubles are allocated from Bashkortostan budget to increase the average wages of public sector employees. The corresponding decree was published on the official website of legal information. Salaries of teachers and health workers are increased in the framework of the May decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to the document, the level of the average salary of general education institutions’ teachers should rise by no less than three percent in 2014, and kindergarten teachers — not less than by four percent compared to 2013.
Salary of teachers of supplementary education institutions will increase by not less than 11 percent. Payment of cultural workers should grow by at least 17 percent, researchers – by 25 percent. Wages increase will also affect paramedical personnel of health facilities, social workers and teachers, providing services to orphans. Increase in payment is stipulated in percentage to the average wage level achieved in 2013.
