Representatives of the largest Vietnamese-Russian oil company Vietsovpetro will visit USPTU

On Thursday, June 19, a delegation of the Russian-Vietnamese oil company Vietsovpetro will visit Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU). During the visit, issues of further training of Vietnamese specialists at the university will be discussed. Also, Vietsovpetro representatives will award diplomas to the students – their natives.

Vietnamese students started to receive education at USPTU in 1996. Now about 50 citizens of this country are studying here. The university constantly interacts with Vietsovpetro company regarding retraining of Vietnamese specialists, their training on professional development programs, joint research studies for specific tasks.

Vietsovpetro Joint Venture Company was created by USPTU graduates. Throughout the years, it was headed by USPTU graduates: former Minister of Oil and Gas Industry Leonid Filimonov, former Minister of Fuel and Energy Minister Viktor Kalyuzhny, former Bashtransgaz head Sergei Pashin.

The event starts at 11:00 in the main building of the university.
