Bashkir State University will collaborate with Mordovia State University named after N.P. Ogarev. The agreement on scientific, educational and cultural cooperation between two universities was signed during the visit of the BSU Rector Nicholay Morozkin to Saransk, the press centre of the university informs. The document was signed by the BSU Rector Nikolay Morozkin and his colleague from Mordovia State University Sergey Vdovin.
The main areas of cooperation will include development of joint educational programs, academic exchange of students and lecturers, participation in conferences, exchange of methodological literature.
Nicholay Morozkin told about research and innovation activities at Bashkir State University, presented the projects implemented by the scholars of the university.
The Rector of Mordovia University Sergey Vdovin said that scientists of two universities could develop joint scientific and innovative projects in the field of biotechnology, polymer chemistry, space technology, creation of new building materials.
Nicholay Morozkin visited scientific and educational laboratories of the Institute of Physics and Chemistry, the Institute of National Culture, Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of Mordovia State University.
