On June 19, in Ufa the Eurasian Economic Commission will hold a round table on the topic "Legal aspects of ensuring equal conditions of competition in the Common Economic Space."
The participants will consider issues of equal competition conditions in cross-border trade markets of three countries of the Common Economic Space, as well as research issues of commodity markets, unfair competition, abuse of a dominant position, anti-competitive agreements, focusing on petroleum and chemical commodity markets, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.
The round table will bring together representatives of government — members of the Common Economic Space, including the National Assembly of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Majilis and the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Duma and the Federation Council of Russia, heads of foreign competition authorities, academia and business community.
