In Yekaterinburg, the finals of the V Eurasian Youth Economic Forum (EYEF) Dialogue of Civilizations: "Green Economy" was held at the Ural State University of Economics. It gathered more than 2000 participants from 60 regions of Russia and 60 countries.
As the press centre of the Bashkir State University (BSU) reports, post-graduate students of the Institute of Economics, Finance and Business of BSU Ralina Vasilyeva and Alsou Shamsutdinova reached the finals of the applied projects competition "City: Open the Future". Their project "Ufa – a City Comfortable for Living" created under the supervision of Doctor of Economics, Professor Olga Malykh, became one of the best: it won in the category "City of XXI century" and received the Grand Prix of the Sponsor — "Rosstroyinvest" Group.
The next stage is presentation of the project to potential investors in St. Petersburg.
The mission of the Eurasian Youth Economic Forum is uniting intellectual young people. EYEF comprises five thematic areas: Congress of Young Economists; Congress of Young Innovators; Congress of Young Financiers; Congress of Civil Initiatives; Scientific Program.
