French organist - Baptiste-Florian Marle-Ouvrard will give a performance in Ufa

On April 2 the French organist — Baptiste Florian Marl — Ouvrard will give a performance in Ufa, Bashkir State Philharmonic Society reports. After winning the VII Michael Tariverdiev’s International Organ Competition the French musician became a frequent and welcome guest in Russia, his concerts are always a success. The Ufa performance program includes the classics of organ music — Johann Sebastian Bach, Johannes Brahms, Julius Reubke and improvisations.

Organist also performs the rock music, and even the soundtrack to "Pirates of the Caribbean". Baptiste Florian Marl — Ouvrard is famous primarily for his improvisations. 30-year-old musician teaches improvisation and composition at the Conservatory of the French city of Viry — Chatillon, as well as plays in the Church of St. Vincent de Paul in Paris. He regularly gives concerts in France and abroad. In 2007, the magazine «Organ — Journal für die Orgel» awarded the musician a title of "The Organist of the Year".

Evening of organ music will be held at the H.Ahmetov’s Bashkir State Philharmonic Society at 19 o'clock.
