An advisory council under the Committee on Industry, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development was created in the State Assembly of Bashkortostan. The first session took place on Tuesday, February 4. The advisory council is headed by Rashid Khayrullin, the Chairman of the Committee on Industry, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development of the State Assembly RB.
“The advisory council is a body that carries out critical analysis of draft laws, develops amendments to the legislation and generally offers laws for the adoption to their State Assembly”, Rashid Khayrullin said.
The jurisdiction of the council includes issues such as industrial policy, innovations, public-private partnerships, entrepreneurship, coordination of foreign economic relations, regulation of the Ombudsman for Entrepreneurs activity in RB, trade, market development, consumer services, food quality and safety, fire safety, protection of the population from disasters, energy saving.
At the first meeting of the advisory council members discussed issues of alcohol drinks trade, gambling regulation and innovation policy.
