Bashkortostan Olympic team for the Winter Olympics 2014 in Sochi is known
The Winter Olympics 2014 in Sochi will start in a little more than two weeks. List of members of the Bashkir representatives in the Russian team at these Games is already known.
Bashkortostan sent ten sportsmen to the last Olympics 2010 in Vancouver, of which the "bronze" was brought only by biathlete Maxim Chudov now left the elite sport. Now 12 people will go at home Olympics in Sochi.

Bashkortostan will root also for the native of Mezhgoyre city Olga Vilukhina who is representing Novosibirsk now in the Russian women's biathlon team.
Bashkir short trackers and Dmitry Vasiliev have the greatest chances in Sochi 2014. Ice hockey players also have quite good opportunities on home ice.
