The National Museum of Bashkortostan Republic is preparing to open the exhibition "Luminaries of Bashkir Fine Arts". It will be presented about 80 works of the founders of the Bashkir painting and drawing, their followers and students, talented contemporary artists. Among them there is Julius Blumenthal, Kasim Davletkildeev, Alexander Tyulkin, Alexander Burzyantsev, Boris Domashnikov, Rashid Nurmukhametov.
“The exhibition is organized on subsidy funds by the Government RF. Non-commercial partnership "Union of Museums of Bashkortostan" received 30 million rubles for the project "Treasures of the Volga region museums", explained the deputy director of the National Museum RB Gulfida Tuktarova. “The project involves six museums in Bashkortostan, Mordovia, Udmurtia, Tatarstan, Orenburg and Penza. Residents and guests of these republics and regions will be able to see the best pictures of reserves. The funds are spent on the decoration of works and the hall and on the publication of the catalog.”
The opening of the exhibition is scheduled for December 4, it will last till January 15.
