The Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Bashkortostan Lenara Ivanova appealed to employers not participating in the conclusion of the Republican Tripartite Agreement for 2014-2016 years.
"I bring to your notice that if within 30 calendar days from the date of the proposal publication employers, who did not participate in the agreement fail to submit to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RB a reasoned written refusal to join the agreement in accordance with the applicable procedure, the agreement shall be deemed extended to these employers from the date of publication of this proposal. This refusal must be accompanied by the employer’s consultation protocol with an elected body that represents the interests of employees of the given company", it is said in the minister’s statement.
The republican agreement between the Federation of Trade Unions, employers' associations and the government of Bashkortostan for 2014-2016 was signed November 1, 2013.
It was signed by the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, the chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions RB Amirkhan Samirkhanov and the head of the CCI RB Yury Pustovgarov.
The document contains 190 obligations of the parties in almost all key issues of social policy, including safe working conditions, employment and social protection of workers.
