Presidential Children's New Year Party will be held at the Youth Palace on December 23
The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed a decree "On celebration of the New Year 2014 in the Republic of Bashkortostan", the press service of the head of the region informs. In accordance with the Decree, the Presidential Children's New Year Party will take place at the Youth Palace of Bashkir State Agrarian University on December 23. Excellent students of educational institutions, winners of subject competitions and sporting events, winners of festivals, children from families of soldiers and police officers killed on duty , as well as children from large low-income families from the cities and regions of Bashkortostan will be invited for the party. An extensive coverage of events with series of publications and programs for children during the New Year’s holidays and school holidays will be organized in the media.
The Ministry of Finance RB is instructed to ensure funding for the preparation and holding of the Presidential Children's New Year Party, organizing a three day staying of participants in the "Salute" sanatorium, funding of costs for the acquisition of the New Year's gifts for children from families with five or more children up to 14 years. Also they should provide financial assistance to orphans and children left without parental care, studying in professional educational organizations.
Administrations of districts and cities are recommended at their own expense to ensure delivery of New Year’s gifts to children with disabilities, orphans and children left without parental care, living in orphanages, children's homes, social shelters and boarding schools.
