Ufa city budget revenues are summed up for the first nine months 2013. According to the deputy head of the capital administration Ilgiz Nasyrtdinov, total amount of the arrived revenues has reached 14,5 billion rbl. for nine months 2013, or 64 percent to the annual plan.
In comparison with January-September, 2012, revenues have grown by seven percent, or by 972 million rbl. Own revenues amounted to the sum of 7,4 billion rbl., uncompensated receipts — to 7,1 billion rbl.
As the website of Ufa administration informs, the main part of own revenues of the budget for nine months 2013 has been formed at the expense of personal income tax (42 percent), incomes from land plots tenancy (19 percent), lumpsum taxes (11 percent), incomes from sale of objects of nonresidential fund and land plots (11 percent), and also incomes from property tenancy (6 percent).
In comparison with the similar period of 2012, the volume of tax and non-tax incomes has grown by 849 million rbl., or by 13 percent.
For the first nine months of 2013, 7,1 billion rbl. have been received by the city budget from higher budgets, that is by 86 million rbl. more than similar indicators of 2012.
Thus the most part of the allocated means, or 1,4 billion rbl. were directed to construction, upgrading, repairs and maintenance of public highways.
1,6 billion rbl. are allocated for co-financing of complex development programs of municipal infrastructure systems, for budgetary investments into objects of capital construction, major repairs of apartment houses and resettlement of citizens.
According to Ilgiz Nasyrtdinov, subventions have amounted to 3,3 billion rbl. Other interbudgetary transfers have made 198 million rbl.
For January-September, 2013 expenses of the city budget have been financed in the sum of 15,5 billion rbl. It is by 13 percent more than in January-September, 2012.
Social sphere and housing and utilities infrastructure expenditures make 68 percent in the structure of the city budget spending.
The greatest share in total amount of expenditures is occupied by "Education" — 37 percent, and also “Housing and Public Utilities” — 20 percent, the press-service of Ufa administration informs.
