President of Bashkortostan and Rosprirodnadzor head have signed the interaction agreement

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the head of Rosprirodnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision of Nature Resources) Vladimir Kirillov have signed the agreement on interaction in the sphere of environment preservation between the Government of Bashkortostan Republic and the Federal Service for Supervision of Nature Resources.

As part of the joint work it is supposed to exchange information while planning events on the state ecological supervision, regarding approvals in the field of nature resources supervision and preservation of the environment, data on environmental contamination.

During the conversation with the head of Rosprirodnadzor the problems of solid household waste collection, recycling of residual products in the mining industry, air pollution by motor transport, protection of reserved zones from influence of technogenic factors were mentioned.

“The modern enterprises which appear now in Bashkiria, meet the ecological requirements,” Rustem Khamitov underlined. “Their activity is constantly supervised, sewage are treated. The future projects are repeatedly considered, the construction site and possible risks are co-ordinated with authoritative experts. But not all inhabitants of Bashkiria understand it, it is necessary to explain that modern enterprises are safe. Republican road-users also make their contribution in the environment protection transferring for Euro-5 gasoline to lower concentration of harmful substances in exhausts.”
