Russia and Kazakhstan develop joint projects

The international round-table conference «Russia and Kazakhstan: political, legal, economic and sociocultural arguments of cooperation» took place in Ufa organised by the UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre in the Russian Federation at Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies (BIST). Representatives of Kazakhstan headed by akim of Pavlodar Region Erlan Aryn and the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan Republic in the Russian Federation Galym Orazbakov took part in the forum. Representatives of authorities headed by the Deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Rauf Nugumanov, representatives of scientific and public community, businessmen took part in the discussion from Bashkortostan part.

Opening the round-table conference, the rector of BIST Tanzilya Nigmatullina marked urgency of youth attraction to active participation in the society life. The great role in this direction is devoted to volunteer movement which has become popular for the last years.

The Vice-Premier of Government RB Rauf Nugumanov underlined that Kazakhstan and Russia had much in common; therefore cooperation issues should be studied in quite new aspect focused on long-term relations.

Erlan Aryn marked that in the conditions of rapid development of two states such communication was rather topical.

Following the results of the round-table conference the resolution was accepted where participants defined prospects of further long-term cooperation. Besides strengthening of work of the UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre in the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, joint scientific and cultural actions, elaboration of joint youth projects, participants decided to realise in the near future the innovative project "The Trading House "Kazakhstan" in Bashkortostan directed on creating favourable investment climate for business activity development. As part of it working out of constant deliveries scheme of agriculture, mechanical engineering, petrochemistry products is supposed.

Besides, participants of the forum decided to hold the International competition of storytellers of the Bashkir national epos "Urals Batyr" and Kazakh national epos "Koblandy-Batyr" in languages of the peoples living in the territory of Bashkortostan and Kazakhstan.
