On Friday, June 28, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has held a meeting with the known theatre and cinema actor Konstantin Khabensky and the film director, script writer and producer Timur Bekmambetov. They discussed the All-Russia Summer Festival "Operenie-2013" which passes these days in Ufa, and the further prospects of cooperation.
“You are engaged in good, kind activity,” the President underlined. “Moreover, we see that you expand your activity sphere — you involve more and more children in it, including children with disabilities.”
“I am very glad that this year we hold this festival here. It turned out to be so bright, pleasant, moreover with such unexpected surprises, as a film shooting. The next festival should be guided, at least, by this level, not lower,” the Konstantin Khabensky marked.
Also an opening in Ufa one more, but already city studio of creative development was discussed at the meeting. It should be mentioned that the first studio was opened in 2011. It works on the basis of the city school No.49.
“Now about 70 children are engaged in it. But in the autumn the number of studio members will increase five times due to the opening in Ufa the city studio,” Konstantin Khabensky told the President. “There will be casting, but not very strict.”
"Operenie-2013" festival coincided with shooting a final scene of «Yolki-3» comedy film. They took place the day before in the square in front of "Bashkortostan" shopping mall. Timur Bekmambetov, the film director of two previous parts, shared his impressions about shooting in Ufa.
“Shooting was held remarkably. At midnight the sky has blown up with fireworks and 500 people — pupils of Konstantin Khabensky’s creative development studios, shouted: «Happy New Year!». There was a real feeling that the New Year has come in July,” Timur Bekmambetov said.
Traditionally viewers will see «Yolki-3» in December.
