Rustem Khamitov has met with a managing partner of McKinsey Company in Russia

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has met with a managing partner of McKinsey Company in Russia Vitaly Klintsov. Rustem Khamitov has estimated preliminary results of introduction in lycée No.1 in the city of Salavat a McKinsey’s program on school systems modernisation. Possibilities to distribute the company’s experience in educational institutions of Ufa were considered during the meeting.

Rustem Khamitov underlined that the republic aspired to transfer to the most perfect forms of education.

“We should think over in common how to develop new approaches to reorganisation, to adaptation of schools to the new situation connected with reforms being implemented,” the President of Bashkortostan marked.

McKinsey & Company is the leading international company rendering services in the field of administrative consulting. Since 1993 McKinsey has been working with leaders of the Russian market, rendering services to a wide range of customers in Russia and other countries, including companies specialising in oil and gas, banking, retail and many other sectors.

Since 2011 with assistance of JSC «Gasprom neftehim Salavat» management the work has been started on using McKinsey’s experience to modernise school system in lycée No. 1 in Salavat. The project is focused on increasing efficiency of educational institution work.
