Liliya Gumerova: «The new Haemodialysis Centre in Ufa is an example of successful private-state partnership in medicine sphere»
The new Haemodialysis Centre was opened in Ufa on Tuesday, May 14. The project was realised within the limits of private-state partnership between Bashkortostan and Swedish Diaverum Company, and also the Russian manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment for Haemodialysis LLC "Holding "Yunona".
The Deputy Prime-Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Republic Liliya Gumerova, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden in Russia Ms.Veronika Bard-Bringeus, the Minister of Health RB George Shebaev, the president of Diaverum Company Dag Andersson, the Chairman of Board of Directors of "Holding "Yunona" Alexander Petrov and other officials took part in the centre opening.
The Vice-Premier considers that new Haemodialysis Centre in Ufa is an example of successful private-state partnership in medicine sphere. Authorities promoted creation of climate favourable for investments, and private investors made everything quickly and with good quality.
28 artificial kidney apparatuses made in Russia are established in Haemodialysis Centre opened in Ufa. At full loading the clinic can accept 84 patients for a day functioning in three shifts. Treatment of the patients requiring procedure of haemodialysis is free of charge.
According to the Minister of Health RB George Shebaev, about 600 people undergo now the haemodialysis procedure in the republic. Haemodialysis branches work at the Republican Clinical Hospital, the Republican Cardiology Health Centre, City Clinical Hospital No.21, and also in Beloretsk, Sibay, Kumertau, Neftekamsk, Mesyagutovo, Octyabrsky. The new Haemodialysis Centre opened in Inors district of Ufa is the tenth in succession.
